Rocket Building with Alexander Gerst in the Kids’ Space re:play

Today, the man whom children and adults alike are awaiting finally arrives: Astronaut Alexander Gerst is our special guest at re:publica 2015, and so we have prepared a special program for the youngsters!

Join our meet-up at 2 p.m. today at the Kids’ Space re:play near the “Monkey Rock”: One hour will be dedicated to arts and crafts for young children (up to about 7 years of age). The kids can build a small space shuttle of their own – exciting stories from outer space included.

Then at 3 p.m. our path will lead us to Stage 1, where we have some special seats reserved in the front row, for kids and teens and their parents or guardians. In the Q&A session, you can pepper him with questions, like, for instance, what happens when you make soap bubbles in space.
