Screen director, originally from Australia and now working out of Berlin. Mikael directs high-end promos for music venues and arts institutions, as well as documentaries, comedy and ads. With a colourful and diverse background across various roles within the motion picture industry, his acute understanding of the medium has brought clarity and innovation to Mikael's own projects, as well as those of fellow artists and established clients. He has directed or collaborated on projects that have screened at Oscar-qualified film festivals and German/Austrian TV, been nominated for awards at Hollywood's Streamy Awards, and exhibited at the ICA (London), NGV (Melbourne) and Ars Electronica (Linz).
